Whether you are holding a small country fayre, a wedding or a large 3 day county show, we have a unit in our fleet to suit your event. All units can offer a 'Beer and Bratwurst' option (or any other tipple you may like us to serve!) and the large pavillion unit can accomodate upto 6 servers and 3 chefs, so no job too big or too small. Our beautiful swing grills give us the flexibility to cook pretty much anything, so if you want Bacon, steaks, skewers, schaschlik, roasted stuffed peppers, please just ask!

We are immensely proud of the food we serve. We work closely with our German Butcher to ensure our 'wurst' are industry leading quality and we and our thousands of customers believe they are !! Containing only the best cuts of meat, a secret recipe of seasoning, NO GLUTEN, MECHNICALLY REMOVED 'MEATS' OR EXCESS FAT - our sausages satisfy the fussiest of appetites. We offer a broad selection of delicacies from Currywurst to Nacken steaks to paprika pommes to Pilze mit Knoblauch (Mushrooms sauteed in a homemade garlic cream sauce) - See our menu page for the full experience.

Cleanliness is next to godliness!! We are proud to have hold 5 star status with our local council inspectorate.

Fully uniformed - Its easy to spot the UK Bratwurst team as we tend to have faces smudged with coal, but we are also fully uniformed!

We are also fully insured, certificated and our standards will satisfy any local authority!

We talk your language - Feel free to practise your German, we are bi-lingual!

The Environment - We only use recyclable products, from cups to trays, to forks..
